Territory Sales Representative
Under the direction of the National Sales Representative, this role is responsible for the inside and outside sales activities within a defined account territory. This position will be responsible for meeting sales goals and performance metrics. In addition, the manager will work closely with the sales organization to ensure proper promotion and sales volume development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Territory Sales Reps will need to possess skills that can be adapted to changing markets and consumer trends.
- Assisting in developing marketing plan and strategic goals to drive profitable revenue
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Attend trade shows, events, and meetings related to building and maintaining company visibility and customer relationships, travel required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by communication and anticipation of needs and problems
- Research market trends to identify new potential clients and generate new leads for their sales team
- Works closely with sales staff to assist in solving problems and answering questions that they might have. Handle any escalated phone calls, complaints, and other situations in which a manager has been requested or is needed.
- Evaluates various processes and procedures to see if there are any instances within those realms that may be streamlined to increase efficiencies and quality of work.
- Assists with the development and review of policies and procedures for products and presentations.
- Performs other duties as requested.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or similar/related field desired. Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience.

Under general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for modifying, repairing, rebuilding, installing, and maintaining a broad range of equipment and machine tools used in the manufacturing process. Essential Functions
- Rebuild machines to include disassembly, inspection and replacement of parts
- Layout, fabricate and weld fixtures, assemblies, frames and structures used in the manufacturing process
- Perform skilled operations such as fitting and aligning of bearings as well as spindles and shafts and calibration of moving parts to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Work from drawings, manufacturer specifications and handbook formulas
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Journeyman or combination of schooling and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Advanced electrical/machine capability and/or advanced PLC capability desired
- Fork truck, crane operation and material handling
- Serve as a project leader and assign work based on job requirements
- Ability to work minimum 40 hours a week; overtime available on Friday or Saturday
- Must be able to demonstrate advanced mechanical skills per job description, basic electric and machine control knowledge required.

- Perform basic preventive maintenance and lubrication of equipment
- Maintain quality levels set forth by the Quality Assurance Department to meet customer expectations
- Proactively protect presses, support equipment and dies from damage
- Interpret and communicate all daily manufacturing paperwork
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of safe operating practices for stamping dies, presses and other support equipment per OSHA standards.
- Certification for fork truck operation
- Ability to work 10-hour days (3:00 pm to 1:00 am) Monday through Thursday with additional hours occasionally on Friday

This position is responsible for the preparation of the product for shipping using various equipment. The ability to multitask and work as a team is necessary for success.

- Report equipment or product defects

- One or more years of experience in a distribution environment preferred
- Fork truck experience desired
- Computer, tablet/scanner experience
- Ability to work 8 or 10 hour shift.
