Our facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified. To ensure customer satisfaction, we also utilize Six Sigma methodology as a part of our continuous improvement program.
From Conception to Finished Parts
CMM, CAD, CAM & CNC
The Wrought Washer Work Cell environment is fully integrated with our CAD/CAM design and control systems. This system allows the customer to submit CAD files (.IGES or .DXF format) directly to us for production. Don’t have a drawing but have a sample? Our laser CMM equipment can accurately transfer samples into a CAD/CAM file for precise part replication on our state-of-the-art CNC machines.
With Wrought’s extensive experience in manufacturing, we will review a customer’s requirements, to ensure they match our capabilities. Here are some basic guidelines that illustrate our close-tolerance part capabilities:
Wire (EDM) Cutting:
- (X) Length = 17″ max., (Y) Width = 9″ max., Thickness = 8″ max.
CNC Machining Center:
- (X) Length = 20″ max., (Y) Width = 40″ max., (Z) Height = 23″ max.
CNC Turning Center:
- (X) Diameter = 10.5″ max., (Y) Length = 16″ max. (without bar feed)
- (X) Diameter = 2.5″ max., (Y) Length = 9″ max. (with bar feed)
Note: 0.750″ maximum wall cutoff depth.
