Press Set-Up Operator

2nd Shift 3pm-1am / 3rd Shift 9pm-7am or 7pm-5am / Mon-Thurs OR Weekend Shift / WORK 36 PAID FOR 40! / $18-$23.70 / $5 Shift Premium / Friday-Sunday / 5pm-5am

This position is responsible for set-up and operation of all Press Department equipment. The Press Set-up Operator must use inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers and indicators to properly measure part size. Perform basic preventive maintenance and lubrication of equipment. Maintain quality levels. Interpret and communicate all daily manufacturing paperwork.


General Laborer

$17.50 / 2nd Shift 3pm-1am / 3rd Shift 9pm-7am or 7pm-5am / Mon-Thurs

Train for set-up operator… Position is responsible for miscellaneous duties of clean-up, sort, and learn the operation of presses with compound, progressive and single operation dies. Use inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers and indicators to properly measure part size. Interpret and communicate all daily manufacturing paperwork. Desire knowledge of safe operating practices for stamping dies, presses and other support equipment and certification for fork truck operation.


Finisher

$18.99-$20.99 / 2nd 2pm-10pm / 3rd 10pm-6am / Mon-Fri

Position is responsible for the cleaning, finishing, and inspection of the product. Use inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers and indicators to properly measure part size. Interpret and communicate all daily manufacturing paperwork. One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Certification for fork truck operation.


Mt. Pleasant - Location

Reach Truck Operator-Picker

$18-$23 / 2nd Mon-Thurs 2:30pm-12:30am OR Mon-Fri 2:30pm-10:30pm / 3rd Sun-Thurs 10pm-6am

Position is responsible for reading incoming orders and correctly assembling and preparing product for shipment. This position also requires the ability to accurately enter data and maintain shipping records.

Retrieve product from storage racks or packaging to warehouse using PLEX system. Updating inventory. Transport product from warehouse to staging area. Load freight. Six months of experience is required including experience with Standup Reach Truck, preferably in a distribution environment. RF experience preferred. Good computer skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.


Warehouse Packer

$18-$21 / 2nd Mon-Thurs 2:30pm-12:30am OR Mon-Fri 2:30pm-10:30pm / 3rd Sun-Thurs 10pm-6am

Position is responsible for the preparation of the product for shipping using various equipment. Load and reload containers with finished product for assembly. Pack, stack and pile finished product for shipment. Interpret and communicate all daily distribution paperwork. One or more years of experience including fork truck required, preferably in a distribution environment. Computer, tablet/scanner experience.


Warehouse Utility

$18-$23 / 12 Hour Shift, 6pm-6am Thursday-Saturday and every other week Wednesday-Saturday OR Sunday-Tuesday and every other week Sunday-Wednesday

Position is responsible for all areas of distribution. The ability to operate finishing, packaging and shipping equipment used for distribution of product. Stage product before distribution. Interpret and communicate all daily distribution paperwork. Flexibility to work additional hours to complete heat treating cycle when needed. One or more years of experience in a distribution environment including fork truck operation required; desire standup reach truck experience.


Heat Treat Operator

$18-$23 / 12-hour Shift; 6pm-6am / Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday OR Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday

Position is responsible for the heat-treating process to product. Responsible to start up and shut down of furnaces. Load product into furnaces. Chart and maintain records to ensure stability of the heat-treating process. Perform required product testing using testers, calipers, micrometers and refractometers. Read and interpret shop orders and work instructions. Perform general maintenance of equipment such as changing belts, bulbs, lubrication and filter changes. Desire knowledge of safe operating practices of furnaces operating at 1600 degrees. Lift 50 pounds. Certification for fork truck operation desired. Flexibility to work additional hours to complete heat treating cycle when needed.


Quality Inspector

1st Shift / 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

Position assists with the application and monitoring of established inspection procedures and methods, conducts quality control audits and investigations, and quality laboratory tests. This role assures quality metal stamping product by conducting in-process inspection and evaluation of finished product. Assist Operations Department with part drawings. Assist in data collection, control charts and reporting. Identify in-process product conditions by collecting samples during production process. Determine disposition of finished product. Two plus years' experience in quality inspection required, preferably in a distribution environment. Ability to read, comprehend part print/drawings and perform a part layout.

Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing and SPC and gage calibration. Knowledge of ISO 9001. Required experience with micrometers, calipers, hardness tester, height gage, and optical comparators. Ability to communicate clearly with management and manufacturing personnel.
