Under general supervision of the Group Leader, this position is responsible for the operation of presses with compound, progressive and single operation dies.

Working Maintenance Supervisor
2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 3pm to 1am, pay up to $40/hour.
Under the direction of the Plant Manager this position will oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department and employees. Evaluate systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed. Plan work assignments and project schedules. This role will supervise and train maintenance technicians.
In addition, this position is responsible to modify, repair, rebuild, install and maintain a broad range of equipment and machine tools used in the manufacturing process. Diagnosis of equipment malfunctions and operating difficulties while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
Essential Functions
- Coach staff to achieve acceptable performance levels and provide resources to ensure desired career progression
- Rebuild machines to include disassembly, inspection and replacement of parts
- Layout, fabricate and weld fixtures, assemblies, frames and structures used in the manufacturing process
- Perform skilled operations such as fitting and aligning of bearings as well as spindles and shafts and calibration of moving parts to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Work from drawings, manufacturer specifications and handbook formulas
- Maintain positive working relationship with union leaders and adhere to the terms of the collective bargaining agreement
- Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads
- Plan and facilitate all repairs and installation activities and ensure that work is completed on time.
- Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work
- Report equipment failures and identify need for new equipment
- The goal is to ensure that facilities are always in a good and safe condition
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Minimum of 4 years of machine repair experience required
- Minimum of 1 years of proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role

Shipping and Receiving Supervisor
Under general supervision of the Plant Manager, this position is responsible for all shift daily operations of the warehouse. Lead the shift to maximize productivity and uphold quality standards in a safe manner that’s aligned with company’s values and beliefs.
