Tool & Die Repair
Monday through Thursday - 1st shift 5am to 3pm, 2nd shift 3pm to 1am - $1.00 shift premium. Salary $24.50 - $26.50
Responsibilities
- Disassemble, diagnose, repair, grind, time and reassemble dies, progressive, compound, and single operation.
- Trouble shoot production problems on the floor as necessary.
- Make replacement or new parts from samples or blueprints.
- Train others as required.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and keep equipment clean.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area.
Position Requirements
- Use basic tool room measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
- Able to perform basic shop math.
- Maintain tool records in a neat and legible manner.
- Set up and operate engine lathers, surface, cylindrical and tool grinders, milling machines, drill presses, EDM and any other tool room equipment.
General Labor
Monday through Thursday - 1st shift 5am to 3pm, 2nd shift 3pm to 1am - $1.00 shift premium. Salary $18.18
Under general supervision of the Group Leader, this position is responsible for the operation of presses with compound, progressive and single operation dies.
Essential Functions
- Use inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers and indicators to properly measure part size
- Maintain quality levels set forth by the Quality Assurance Department to meet customer expectations
- Interpret and communicate all daily manufacturing paperwork
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of safe operating practices for stamping dies, presses and other support equipment per OSHA standards.
- Certification for fork truck operation
- Ability to work 10-hour days (5:00 am to 3:00 pm) Monday through Thursday with additional hours occasionally on Friday.

Press Set-Up Operator
Monday through Thursday 2nd shift 3pm-1am - $1.00 shift premium.
This position is responsible for set-up and operation of all Press Department equipment. The Press Set-up Operator must use inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers and indicators to properly measure part size. Perform basic preventive maintenance and lubrication of equipment. Maintain quality levels. Interpret and communicate all daily manufacturing paperwork.
Salary: $23.56 - $25.56 per hour
Press Operator
Monday through Thursday - 1st shift 5am to 3pm, 2nd shift 3pm to 1am - $1.00 shift premium.
This position is responsible for the operation of Press Department equipment.

Essential Functions
- Rebuild machines to include disassembly, inspection and replacement of parts
- Layout, fabricate and weld fixtures, assemblies, frames and structures used in the manufacturing process
- Perform skilled operations such as fitting and aligning of bearings as well as spindles and shafts and calibration of moving parts to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Work from drawings, manufacturer specifications and handbook formulas
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Journeyman or combination of schooling and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Fork truck, crane operation and material handling
- Serve as a project leader and assign work based on job requirements
- Ability to work minimum 40 hours a week; overtime available on Friday or Saturday
