SAE and ANSI standards.
Wrought has a fully-equipped A2LA accredited laboratory,
and our testing capabilities include spectrographic analysis
of incoming materials, as well as routine microstructure
analysis of product cross-sections, hardness and microhardness
testing of parts and material.
WE
PARTNER WITH YOU TO OPTIMIZE PRODUCTION, CUT COSTS.
Our design and production engineers will meet with you as
early in the design process as possible, to address specific
part requirements and to gain a complete understanding of
what the part is expected to do, and why.
In some cases our team has been able to suggest modifications
to the part configuration or material, which have resulted
in improved performance in the ultimate product or application.
The goal is to optimize production of the part and match
the design to our capabilities, in order to reduce costs
as much as possible without compromising quality standards.
