Quality, Experience & Expertise

QS-9000, A2LA & Six Sigma
     Our staff of experienced personnel consists of much more than a few machinists and a salesperson.  We employ several industrial engineers who are supported by an in-house A2LA accredited quality lab.  Our facility is QS-9000 certified.  Wrought is never satisfied until you are satisfied, so we also utilize Six Sigma methodology as a part of our continuous improvement program.

From Conception to Finished Parts

CMM,CAD,CAM & CNC
      The Wrought Washer Cell environment is integrally tied to our CAD/CAM design and control systems.  This system allows you to submit your CAD files (.IGES or .DXF format) directly to us for production.  Don't have a drawing bu have a sample?  Our CMM equipment can accurately transfer your samples into a CAD/CAM file for part replication on our state-of-the-art CNC machines.

We Understand Our Capabilities
     With Wrought's extensive experience in manufacturing, we will review your requirements, to ensure they match our capabilities.  Here are some basic guidelines as to our close-tolerance part capabilities:

          Wire (EDM) Cutting:

 (X) Length = 17" max., (Y) Width = 9" max., Thickness = 8" max.

           CNC Machining Center:

(X) Length = 20" max., (Y) Width = 40" max., (Z) Height = 23" max.

           CNC Turning Center:  

(X) Diameter = 10.5" max., (Y) Length = 16" max. (without bar feed)                        (X) Diameter = 2.5" max., (Y) Length = 9" max. (with bar feed).                                                  Note:  0.750" maximum wall cutoff depth.   

            CNC Laser Center: 

(X) Length = 96" max., (Y) Width = 48" max., Thickness = 0.500" max. (mild steel).

             Part Volumes:  From 100 to 10,000 pieces, (naturally we will consider other quantities).
