QS-9000, A2LA & Six Sigma
Wrought offers much more than machining and sales operations. To ensure a full-service environment that results in the highest quality products, we employ several industrial engineers who are supported by an in-house A2LA accredited quality lab. Our facility is QS-9000 certified. To ensure customer satisfaction, we also utilize Six Sigma methodology as a part of our continuous improvement program.

From Conception to Finished Parts

CMM, CAD, CAM & CNC
The Wrought Washer Cell environment is integrally tied to our CAD/CAM design and control systems. This system allows the customer to submit CAD files (.IGES or .DXF format) directly to us for production. Don't have a drawing but have a sample? Our CMM equipment can accurately transfer samples into a CAD/CAM file for precise part replication on our state-of-the-art CNC machines.

• Wire (EDM) Cutting:

• CNC Machining Center:
  (X) Length = 20" max., (Y) Width = 40" max., (Z) Height = 23" max.
• CNC Turning Center:
  (X) Diameter = 10.5" max., (Y) Length = 16" max. (without bar feed)
  (X) Diameter = 2.5" max., (Y) Length = 9" max. (with bar feed)
  Note: 0.750" maximum wall cutoff depth.
• CNC Laser Center:
  (X) Length = 96" max., (Y) Width = 48" max., Thickness = 0.500" max. (mild steel).
• Part Volumes:
  From 100 to 10,000 pieces, (naturally we will consider other quantities).
