Wrought Washer's Laboratory Receives A2LA Accreditation

Wrought Washer's QA lab has been approved for accreditation by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA). A2LA accreditation allows Wrought Washer to perform an extensive series of testing procedures for washers to ASME, ANSI, ASTM and SAE standards. Specific tests include sampling, hardness/micro hardness, plating thickness and adhesion, case depth, metallographic evaluation, lock washer twist, and dimensional inspection.

Wrought received A2LA accreditation in August 2009, after stringent on-site assessment of its QA lab and an evaluation of all activity related to the assessment by the A2LA Accreditation Council.

Wrought Washer Receives TS 16949 Certification

Certification to ISO/TS16949:2002 system standards was originally awarded to Wrought Washer Mfg., Inc. on November 6, 2006. TS 16949 is based on the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
