SAE Washers
Specifications
for SAE washers were developed and specified by the Society
of Automotive Engineers to meet the requirements in most of the
applications in its field. They are of smaller O.D. and thinner
gauges than their counterpart bolt sizes of U.S. Standard
washers.
All sizes are carried in stock plain and zinc plated.

Washers with a bolt size of #6 thru 1"
are available as domestic and high-quality import product; and
are available in Plain, Zinc, and Zinc/Yellow.
ANSI specifications allow a tolerance of plus or minus a
gauge on nominal thickness of commercial washers.
NOTE: Washers are stocked 48 cartons per pallet-
50 lb. cartons. Ordering such quantities, or in multiples per
size, whenever possible will facilitate handling.
